The Company's Board of Directors consider good corporate governance to be central to the effective and efficient operations of the company. And the Board believes that a flexible approach to corporate governance practices is important in order to allow the Company to adopt a governance framework best suited to the Company. To this end, the Company has established a Corporate Governance committee which is responsible for setting in place the Company's practices in order to meet with TSX Venture Exchange and other applicable corporate governance guidelines.
